I’m Jay Meacham—a coach and an ordained Permanent Deacon serving residential builders, remodelers, and skilled trade leaders who want more clarity, more balance, and more freedom in their lives.

Why Builders? My Origin Story

When I was 13, my family’s farmhouse burned to the ground.

One night we had a home. The next morning we didn’t.

That fire shaped everything about how I see the world. I know what it means to lose a roof—and I know the profound gift of the people who rebuild one. Builders gave my family back safety, dignity, and hope.
